Studio Mentors - Drawing (ages 13-17)

Professional artists as mentors for budding young artists!
Learn a variety of drawing techniques and drawing media while exploring art styles and fundamentals in this 4 week program.
This certificate program is aimed at developing students’ technical skills and art knowledge. Students progress from Level 1 through Level 3, each level is four weeks long. All students must complete the Level 1 program prior to advancing to Level 2, and then to Level 3. Students work in a small group setting with a professional artist. Student’s favorite artwork will be featured in our Children’s Gallery on The Prairie Art Gallery’s website.
Level 1: Oct. 7 - Oct. 28, 2008
Level 2: Nov. 4 - Dec. 2, 2008 (no class Nov. 11)
Level 3: Jan. 13 - Feb. 3, 2009
